You won't experience more crashing then on Windows. And performance wise your hardware is way more then sufficient to max everything out and keep it at 60fps. Be prepared to tune things a bit tho, and use the latest wine available with command str...

7. Sticky:Dev blog: Rebalancing EVE, One Module At A Time - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I think it's great that module tiericide is finally happening and I would like to provide some feedback upon the proposed changes. Some of the names seem badly chosen:
Compact . Reduced fitting cost doesn't make a module more compact, why no...

10. A new way to share overview settings - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Great stuff! Now the overview is on the operating table, would it be possible to implement detachable overview tabs? So you could have two or more of them open at the same time. For example one with hostiles and one with friendlies, drones, or ju...

Oh hell yeah! I don't know exactly what Ammatar is, but as a new small faction this sounds amazing! And when they would be cheaper then what a faction ship of this sort would normally cost (let's say a factor of 5-10 times T1) they might provide a...

What if salvaging or reprocessing a corpse would have a chance to drop a special kind of BPC-like item that could be traded in for a clone with the same amount of skillpoints as the character it belonged to (or a percentage thereof to balance it)?

I don't know if I have this, you could try mounting your cache dir as tmpfs and see if it helps. It's a good idea anyway because it makes some things more snappy.
